Thermally Activated Bleaching Earth
MICBLEACH™ is a thermally activated bleaching earth engineered for the refining of sunflower, soybean, and other soft, light-coloured edible oils. Formulated with a mild pH of 4.2 and ultra-fine particle size of 93.8% below 75 microns, it delivers superior colour removal and impurity adsorption while preserving the natural stability and nutritional integrity of the oil. Unlike aggressive acid-washed clays, MICBLEACH™ eliminates the risk of equipment corrosion, reduces neutral oil loss, and requires lower dosage for equivalent bleaching results. With a proven 98% bleaching efficiency against global benchmarks such as Tonsil 230FF and Galleon V2, and an ultra-fast filtration time of 0.9 minutes, it is the preferred choice for refiners seeking consistent quality, cost efficiency, and process safety.
